What this website is

This website describes the work SMB Plastering and Sons does and the areas it covers. It is not an offer and nothing on it is a price.

A price comes after somebody has looked at the job, and it comes in writing. What that written estimate says is what governs the work, not anything on these pages.

Estimates

An estimate is based on what could be seen at the visit. Plastering regularly turns up things that were behind a wall or above a ceiling and could not be seen from the room.

Where that happens the work stops, you are told what has been found and what it means for the price, and nothing further is done until you have said to carry on.

Accuracy

The descriptions of how work is done on this site are written to be useful rather than exhaustive, and every building is different.

Nothing here is advice about your particular property. That comes from looking at it.
